Are the teal elements made from wood or printed?
They are made from painted maple and combined with decorative overlays. The abalone used for the centre inlays is genuine.
What is the benefit of the Uni-Loc® joint?
The Uni-Loc® quick-release system allows the cue to be assembled, taken apart or fitted with another shaft quickly and precisely.
Can the cue be used with an extension?
Yes. Its bumper is prepared for use with a compatible JFlowers rear extension.
Is the Juma material genuine ivory?
No. Juma is used for the ivory-coloured decorative elements and is not genuine ivory.

1. When making a purchase in the Profast Pool online store, the products purchased are delivered to the address indicated at checkout.

4. Deliveries and collections in Portugal are operated by CTT.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm on working days. Someone must be at the address provided to receive the order. This service does not include the option of scheduling or booking, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier. We do not guarantee this deadline during promotions, sales, Christmas and stock shortages.
