1. When making a purchase in the Profast Pool online store, the products purchased are delivered to the address indicated at checkout.

2. Your order is our main concern, from preparation to delivery with the utmost security. As soon as we receive your order, we begin preparing it and the estimated delivery time for your order may vary between 2 and 15 working days. You can check the estimated delivery time on each product page.

3. Delivery methods and deadlines may change depending on the time of year. The dates presented are merely indicative. Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not give the Customer the right to any compensation.

4. Deliveries and collections in Portugal are operated by CTT.
