Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days to contact our customer support team and inform us of your intention.

You must always check the products available on our website in order to proceed with the exchange.

Please note that, similarly to the return process, products must comply with certain condition requirements, namely:

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or visible damage;

• The item must include the original tag and, where applicable, brand accessories;

• It must be returned with the original bag/box containing the shipping label with your details. If this is no longer available, please place a note inside the package indicating your name or order number;

• The recipient of the shipment must be "Profast Pool".

Returns

After making a purchase in our online store, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.

Return requests may be submitted through the form available on the website. If you have any questions, please contact customer support at info@profastpool.com.

Profast Pool reserves the right not to authorize a return if the items do not comply with one or more of the following conditions:

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or visible damage;

• The item must include the original tag and, where applicable, brand accessories;

• It must be returned with the original bag/box containing the shipping label with your details. If this is no longer available, please place a note inside the package indicating your name or order number;

Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with the evaluation process for exchange/return and contact you by email with the relevant information.

Please note that after the refund is authorized, the amount may take a few days to be credited to the destination bank account due to factors beyond Profast Pool’s control. The maximum period for processing the refund is up to 14 business days.
