Shipping policy

1. By placing an order in the Profast Pool online store, the purchased products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

2. Your order is our top priority, from preparation to delivery with maximum security. Once we receive your order, we begin processing it. The estimated delivery time may vary between 2 and 15 business days. You may consult the estimated delivery time on each product page.

3. Delivery methods and timeframes may change depending on the time of year. The dates presented are merely indicative. Any delay in shipment compared to the estimated dates does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Estimated delivery times may be subject to change during special periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, ongoing campaigns, or other peak sales periods.

1. Deliveries and collections in Portugal are operated by CTT.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on business days. Someone must be present at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include a scheduling option; therefore, delivery will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed during promotional periods, sales, Christmas, or in case of stock shortages.

Delivery of orders to the user’s address, or to another address indicated for that purpose, implies the obligation to bear the delivery costs, which will vary according to the value of the products ordered, their weight and dimensions, and the destination area. Profast Pool ships to Mainland Portugal and Islands, Spain and Islands.

2. Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated automatically during checkout according to the destination country, quantity of items, and their weight and/or dimensions.
