4. Deliveries and collections in Portugal are operated by CTT.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm on working days. Someone must be at the address provided to receive the order. This service does not include the option of scheduling or booking, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier. We do not guarantee this deadline during promotions, sales, Christmas and stock shortages.

Delivery of orders to the user's home, or to an address indicated by the user for this purpose, will imply the obligation for the user to bear the delivery costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products ordered, their weight and size and the destination area of the order. Profast Pool ships to mainland Portugal and the Islands, Spain and the Islands.
